Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our managed database, hosted by our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to authenticated administrator accounts through database access rules; unauthenticated visitors can submit a request but cannot read stored requests.
Retention and deletion
We keep demo requests only as long as needed to follow up and to meet record-keeping obligations, and delete them when they are no longer required. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
